_{EZ Chats powered by Sales Enable is a service used to setup appointments for conferences. The user is responsible for all other communication beyond the initially set appointment.}

_{EZ Chats gets commitment from prospects to meet at the conference but is not liable for ‘non-showing’ or ‘not-interested’ appointments.}

_{If EZ Chats is unable to provide the allocated number of appointments, they will supplement with phone meetings from the same conference list after the show or in the event that attendee can no longer attend conference.}

_{No refunds are available if all meeting stipulations are met.}

_{If user does not or would not like to use a calendar link, meeting requests can be set by email handshake.}
